The Atlas® 4030BC is an ALI Certified mobile column lift system designed for heavy-duty vehicle lifting with maximum flexibility. Each of the four battery-powered columns can lift up to 16,500 lbs., giving the system a combined capacity of 66,000 lbs. This expandable setup can grow to a six- or eight-column system, supporting up to 132,000 lbs. of lifting capacity—ideal for shops working with commercial trucks, buses, and long wheelbase vehicles.
The 4030BC system is engineered for performance and portability. Each column includes an LCD screen that displays real-time lifting height and synchronization status. The electronic control system ensures all columns lift evenly, while dual safety mechanisms—hydraulic flow control and mechanical locks—provide added peace of mind. Rechargeable 24V battery power and a pallet jack-style hydraulic base make each column fully mobile, even allowing outdoor use on level concrete. Adjustable forks accommodate tire diameters from 19 to 44 inches, and emergency stop buttons on every column ensure operator safety.
