Your Responsibilities at Delivery
- 1 You're responsible for unloading freight from the truck — the driver will not do this for you.
- 2 A forklift or unloading dock service is strongly recommended for lifts and heavy equipment.
- 3 You're responsible for any re-delivery fees if the carrier is unable to complete delivery on the first attempt.
- 4 Do not sign for damaged or incomplete shipments — contact Customer Service immediately if items are missing or damaged.

Inspection & Damage Claims
- 1 Carefully inspect your order before signing the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt.
- 2 All visible damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- 3 Report concealed damage or shortages to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.
- 4 If no issues are noted at delivery, the shipment will be considered received in satisfactory condition.
Orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive or become available for pickup during seasonal delays. All listings reflect backorder inventory, including stock scheduled to arrive in upcoming containers.
